I provide notary services In-person by appointment throughout Greater Houston Texas, and for anyone in the US by using a private Remote Online Notarization (RON) session or via third-party online platforms.

In-person
I travel to you for a convenient, fast and courteous session to apply traditional wet-ink signatures and notary certificates to paper documents.
Cost includes appointment and mileage fee in addition to notarial act fees. Principal signers must present identification or provide a witness with identification.
Remote Online Notarization
We will login to a recordable audio/visual compliant online session to apply your digital signature and my notary certificate to a digital document file (ie .pdf).
Internet connection and email required. Cost includes session fee in addition to notarial act fees. Principle signers must complete identity proofing process online and present identification.
Certified Signing Agent - Coming Soon
Covers Mortgage Digital Closing and eClosing, or in-person electronic notary (IPEN) and remote ink-signed documents (RIS or RIN)

Maximum allowable fees charged by a Notary Public under Texas Government Code §406.024
First signature of taking acknowledgement or other instrument in writing

Add $1 for each additional signature on the same instrument
Administering an oath, affirmation or jurat
